Clear Edge Sales LLC uses your email address, chosen departments, sizes, favorite brands, confirmation and consent records, and delivery history to provide the emails you request, manage preferences, prevent duplicates, and honor unsubscribe requests.

We do not sell or rent your email address or shirt-alert preferences. We do not upload this subscription information to advertising audiences.

Wix and its email-delivery providers process information needed to store subscriptions and deliver emails on our behalf. Wix may record delivery, opens, and link clicks. This is separate from optional website advertising and analytics described in our website privacy notice.

If you separately opt in, we also send occasional special offers and subscriber discounts. This choice is optional and can be turned off in your preferences without stopping daily shirt alerts. Existing shirt-alert subscriptions are not automatically opted in.

After you confirm your address, we send a welcome email and at most one daily digest, only when new shirts match your preferences. We do not reserve items or guarantee availability. Purchases and coupon redemption take place on eBay under its terms.

Unsubscribe without signing in using the link in any email. You may update your preferences or request access, correction, or deletion by emailing clearedge.sales1@gmail.com. We retain active preferences while subscribed and limited consent, suppression, and delivery records to honor your choices, prevent duplicates, and investigate delivery issues. Unconfirmed signup data is removed after seven days; expired access tokens and rate-limit records are cleaned up.
